As per Govt Order issued by Shiksha Group I dated 7.01.21 , It has been decided that Off Line Classes for (, IX-XIl )  could be started  in a phased manner with parental consent. 

This letter will confirm your consent to allow your ward / child to attend the school as per the given schedule for Offline Classes.

Note:

1. Pl submit a PIC of the student for ENTRY PASS .
2. Books Notebooks should be brought but not shared .
3. Student would follow the designated route and sit at the place assigned to him/her.
4. Student should bring their own sanitizer & always wear mask in the school premises.
5. Mobiles if brought in school by the student will be taken under custody and is punishable.
6. All fees due to be cleared before offline class schedule. Fees should be paid by cash / RTGS/NEFT. PL collect your Entry Pass after depositing the fee .
7. The students having symptoms of cold / cough / fever or any other disease will not be allowed for classes, seeing the safety measures of all.
8. Lunch box and water bottle to be brought, but can’t be shared with others.
9. To follow the government SOP is compulsory for all students and their parents.
10. All the students will stay at the campus as per the school timings given
11. Parents can’t meet their children during classes.
12. Classes X & XII  are going to start  soon followed by IX & XI .
13. School time & period schedule will be shared later.
14. If a student does not follow COVID protocol will be barred from school.

Please complete your assignments quickly . We shall ask for submission of First Term workbooks/copies from Jan 15 onwards.
