ACADEMIC CALENDAR 2023- 24

The academic session begins on 1^{st of} April and ends on the 31^st of March every year.

For Classes I to XII classes are run for 6 days a week.

For Classes VI to XII: In each year three pen-paper test will be conducted, out of which the best two will be taken into account. All successive pen-paper tests will have a cumulative syllabus. Weightage in the result will be 10%. Submission and assignments will have a weightage of 5% and subject-specific activities will have a weightage of 5%. The final exam will be held in February/March and will have a hundred percent syllabus. The annual Exam will carry 80% weightage. It is necessary to score 33% weightage in both the internal assessment and the end of the sessional Annual exam for passing the class.

Directions given by the C.B.S.E from time to time are to be followed.

For Classes, I to V Semester system will be followed.

The academic year is divided into two terms.

The first semester starts in April and ends in September.The second semester starts in Oct and ends in February/March. Grades are accorded on the basis of pep paper tests, assignments, and end of the semester examination.

Classes for Preparatory sections are run for 5+1 days a week.

To gauge the development & performance of the child continuous monitoring shall be done and at Pre Nursery, Nursery, K. G. & Prep. levels, grades, and appraisals shall be done on the basis of internal assessment and observations of the teacher and also on the basis of terminal examinations which are held twice a year in September and February/March.

As per the latest development school has incorporated art integration, problem-solving, critical thinking, value incorporation, environmental protection, digital skills in students.

Summer break starts from May First week.

For Classes I to XII  school reopens on June 16 after summer break.

For Preparatory Classes, Summer Vacations starts on May 1 st and end in third week of June.
